Sagargosavi.Photography Photo Tours and Expeditions, its parent, subsidiaries and their respective Team leads, Photography Menotrs, Escorts and Field Experts and its designated tour operator shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider, including but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by such other provider; and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control. The participant waives any claim against Sagargosavi.Photography and/or its designated tour operator for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.
By registering for a Photo Tours, Photo Excursions and Over the Top Expeditions, the participant certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself or herself or other participants. Sagargosavi.Photography reserve the right in their sole discretion to accept, decline to accept, or remove any participant on an Expedition. Sagargosavi.Photography reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of participants.
Neither Sagargosavi.Photography, nor its designated tour operator, shall be liable for any air carrier’s cancellation penalty incurred by the purchase of a nonrefundable ticket to or from the participant’s departure city. Baggage, Gears and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.
Basis of Rates: All prices are per person based on two persons sharing a room (unless otherwise noted). All prices and fares are quoted in Indian Rupees. The rates are based on published tariffs, currency values, airfares and third-party charges, as of the date of publication, and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. While Sagargosavi.Photography will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, We reserve the right to do so, and notification will be given at the time before the event begins.
Eligibility: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire Photo Tour and Over the Top Expeditions. Some itineraries have minimum age requirements and physical fitness criteria —call for more information.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:
Refund / Cancellation Policies are as mentioned on the Respective Expedition and photo tour pages of individual events.
For Overseas Customers - There is no Refund Policy.
General Refund policy : (Applicable to Indian Client booked on Indian Tours unless individual Refund Pilicy is mentioned on the event page)
50% fee to be refunded if cancellation is done between 180-120 days prior to the event
30% fee to be refunded if cancellation is done between 120-90 days prior to the event
No refund if cancellation is done between 0-30 days of the event.
For Photography Workshops no refund of the payment made if cancelled from 0 to 15 days.
Full Payment needs to be done at least 60 days prior to the tour date. If the part payment is done and failing to do the complete payment in 60 days prior to the travel date, SGP has rights to cancel your entire booking without any refund of any amount paid to SGP.
There will be no refund for tour cancellations due to missed flights/Trains, cancellations of flights/Trains due to any natural calamity, weather conditions or any such uncertain events.
Itinerary Changes: The itineraries, accommodations, and staff presented in the Photo Tours and Over the Top Expedition documentation are subject to modification and change by Sagargosavi.Photography or its designated tour operator. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent.
Documentation: Participants are responsible for obtaining any documents required for their participation in the expedition such as a valid passport, Original Photo ID Document, vaccination certificates, and any other documents. Failure to obtain documents does not negate the terms and conditions, and any extra costs incurred for rerouting due to travel without the necessary documents will be the participant’s responsibility.
Health Requirements: Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Any physical condition, diet, or treatment requiring special attention must be reported in writing when the reservation is made. Sagargosavi.Photography encourages participants to consult a doctor for specific medical advice about any activities or destinations. Certain Over the Top expeditions may require that the participant obtain medical consent prior to departure as a condition of participation.
Dispute Resolution: If the participant has a complaint, he or she should first inform the Photo Mentor or tour leader or local guide while on the expedition so that the expedition leader can attempt to rectify the matter. If the participant is still dissatisfied, he/she should submit the complaint in writing to Sagargosavi.Photography Expeditions within 30 days of the completion of the expedition.
Equipment Safety and Handling : In any photo tour or Over the Top Expeditions, The responsibility of the safety of the camera and other equipment used/handled by the participants from damage, loss or theft will be of the individual Participant. Sagargosavi.photography is/won’t be responsible of any such event if happened. All the participants must take care of their own gears and equipments.
Onfield Instructions : All participants are expected and must follow the instructions given by their tour leader, photo mentor and field guide. During some Over The Top expeditions, not following these instructions may put you in a difficult situation. Sagargosavi.Photography is/won’t be responsible for any such events.
Other: Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to some Over the Top Expeditions and will be provided with pre-expedition communications. By registering for a Sagargosavi.Photography Photo Tours and Over the Top Expedition, the participant agrees to the Responsibility statement and the Terms and Conditions herein.
Gift Certificates – Gift Certificate has the unique number which can be entered during the registration. It is for one time use only.
