A Network Engineer turned Professional Photographer, The fascination to observe rare species of birds and mammals led Sagar Gosavi to mark his presence on a global photography scale while capturing them through not only his lens, but also his soul.
Having started photography to expand his interest in bird watching, Sagar’s passion took him towards documenting India’s natural history. He has been acknowledged for capturing rare natural history moments in the farthest and remotest corners of India. Sagar’s work is a display of his abilities to explore wildlife in the toughest conditions and terrain.
A Natural History Photography specialist, Sagar is also a great mentor and he has conducted more than 200 workshops which includes, basic , advanced, nature photography workshops, Bird Photography, Street Photography Workshops, Portrait Photography Workshops for individuals, groups, schools and corporates. Schools include Reliance international School, Ryan International School, Saraswati Secondary School etc. Corporates include Vodafone India, TCS, IBM, Glenmark, Mahindra&Mahindra, Aker’s Solution etc. Mentored more than 1500 individuals in the Field Of Photography. Judged many National Level Photography Competitions including Indian Photography Edition’s All India Corporate Photography Competition. Sagar is also a visiting faculty and Guest lecturer in India’s Prime Institutes like Pearl Academy. In his 16 years of experience in the field of Photography, Sagar has won many prestigious awards like WWF & Sanctuary Asia Awards and his work got published in many books, magazines, newspapers etc. Sagar is also a Official Brand Ambassador and Photomentor for Canon India. Sagar is also a Brand Ambassador & Partner with ViewSonic Global.

A hobby converted into serious passion, admiring Mother Nature and Wildlife Photography now happens to be his lifeline as he says. Although associated with nature since childhood, his love for nature in true sense ignited more than a decade as he got the sight of Indian Jungles for the first time. The journey from a film camera to digital point and shoot camera and then a professional DSLR, he could find joy to capture moments of life. A microbiologist with business management by education, he has been in the Pharmaceutical industry since the past 18 years and heads the International Sales Division of a Pharmaceutical company where travelling is an integral part of his profile. Travelled to more than 20 countries so far, the traveler in him is always ready for never expeditions and newer challenges in life. As an medium to recharge himself for all challenges of life, he feels it to be of utmost necessity to have his association with his lifeline – “arms of Mother Nature”.
He claims that if one closely observes her, she teaches the lessons of life which no management sessions can teach. Every step or move she makes, has an intent and a learning. He also boasts that she helps him learn the importance of being patient, seize the right opportunity, strategize moves, hard work, dedication, discipline, etc.
With more than 10 years getting closely associated with the jungles, Yogesh has a rich knowledge about her traits. To capture moments when Mother Nature poses in front of him, he uses Sony alpha 77 mark 2 and Sony alpha 580 with Sigma 500 f 4.5 and treasures the moments.Quite a few of his images have been exhibited, awarded and published acknowledging his efforts to document natures’ mysteries and the magical world in its habitat.

Nature Lover and an extrovert human being can be the most appropriate description of Debashish Mishra. Computer Engineer by education, ITian by profession but a hard core Nature Lover who eventually molded him to become a passionate wildlifer and a nature photographer.
Observing, Understanding and Learning from the traits of Mother Nature wildlife was incepted into him since childhood. Born and brought up in one of the small towns of East India, the affinity with flora and fauna has been seeped into him since his early years. With age, grew the passion and the interest got bettered with experience.
Got into documentation of Mother nature since the age of 26 and thus started the journey of a wildlifer as he begun venturing his precious me-time into various jungles of India living his passion.
So far, he has been visiting many National Parks, Tiger Reserves and exotic birding destinations all across India over the years and have a sound knowledge about the Mother Nature and her creations. In the field, he uses Nikon 7100 with Sigma 150-500 for documentations and exhibits his documentations on his space “www.unseenwilderness.in”. Of the collection of amazing images clicked by Debashish, few have also been published, exhibited and felicitated.

wildlife during his summer holidays. This time spent amidst nature at his hometown made him inquisitive and curious to nature's offerings. With time,he realized that nature is best closely observed and captured in pictures.
Over time he has continued his association with nature and developed a strong liking in exploring the nuances of wildlife. He strongly believes that, "Nature inspires photographer, photographer creates an image and uses camera to capture it. Photographs are photographer's viewfinder to nature".
His passion for wildlife photography has taken him across the Indian landscape. Jungles have brought out the best in him, pushed himself
to deliver his best and educated and sensitized him further of nature's creations.
