Photographed in Corbett. Lower angle gave the perfect dept of field required to make the background go blur beautifully. In Such situations, when subject is moving, Depth of Field and focus are two critical things to keep the subject in focus.

Yes, rightly said. Position of the vehicle and a lot of anticipation can give you such an opportunity. People using lighter lenses definitely have an advantage here when shooting at lower angle from the vehicle.
